I would not recommend Crewe SEAT because they offered me a coffee then just pointed at the machine which wasn't working, they were really pushy about getting their finance even though I'd sorted finance already then made me wait to get the car due to a manufacturer recall they hadn't already got sorted and finally barely 2 days before I was picking up the car and it was all paid for from the finance company they withdraw the car saying it's not roadworthy and they're gonna auction it. I test drove it so I don't really understand what was so wrong with it that they've only found at this late stage. So now it's delayed me getting a car which means I need to hire a car for work do extra expense. Felix fleas friendly enough but apart from that shocking experience. No trust in them whatsoever

Our showroom coffee machine is a self service machine but we are not aware of any problems. Our Management team are currently checking its operation so thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Unfortunately we have detected a fault, prior to sale which has pushed the vehicle outside of our standards for retailing it. I appreciate the disappointment this has caused, but we will not retail a vehicle that is not safe or does not meet the high standards for used Approved that we are governed by. We have strict FCA processes to follow, and apologise if this came across in a negative manner. Thank you for the sales opportunity that you gave to our dealership.
