I was happy with the service at Crewe SEAT because of the great staff
The staff at Crewe SEAT were good because they were accommodating to each of my requests without any pressure, with me having reserved the car pending collection from a long distance away. The car itself was immaculately presented having been serviced, MOT’d and new tyres fitted. Luke also came into the dealership on his day off to deal with the handover. Thank you for such great service.
I would not recommend Crewe SEAT because the experience was terrible, the vehicle was not ready to collect even after they said I had to collect at a certain time, I felt rushed and was harassed by a sales person

I'd recommend Crewe SEAT to anyone because of the interaction with the staff .First impressions on inquiring information about a particular Seat the sales personnel Luke was very professional and patient regarding all questions.Wishing to proceed further Mr David Ambrose the Financial Manager spent time explaining all that was involved exchanging my car and I requested all documentation not on line but hard copy. Once again this was no problem.I requested to have the Navigation system explained in depth and Roaake from the service department spent time and gave me excellent information. I am of the older generation and have purchased many new cars but Seat should be proud of the kindness and professionalism of their staff.

I'd recommend Crewe SEAT to a friend because the sales man was very knowledgeable and professional. The vehicle we purchased was a great price, when we picked the vehicle up he went through all the controls and set up our phones.
We were never pressured to pay for any extras we were offered and felt comfortable during the whole purchase.
